For a 4-Star price, we did not receive 4-star amenities.
The dock hands were very good and knew what they were doing. They deserve recognition. The slips are wide and the floating concrete docks are GREAT!
However,
I would like to make the following suggestions for the price charged:
Provide clean bathrooms
Provide pump shampoo and soap in showers
Reduce the price of $5.00 5lb bag of ice
Also; to rank against other marinas such as Safe Harbor, Rockland ME, consider providing shower towels. That was an outstanding benefit
The marina location is excellent and convenient to all P’Town has to offer. But the slip fee is astronomical. If the marina is going to charge at 4-Star prices, provide 4-Star services.
