It's an old marina and a bit run down, but the people and the yard manager Dave and his dog Candy make up for it. Great location in Fells Point and a great marina if you're a liveaboard, they don't charge you an arm and a leg for every little thing. They have mailboxes, a laundry room, and shower facilities. If I was to ever be a liveaboard again and chose to live in Baltimore this is the place I would go.
