First, moorings are fine. 3 stars is for poor presentation and communications. When you "reserve" a mooring at St George's you are not reserving anything. You are merely signing up for the convenience to pay online. Moorings are first come, first gets. You may have a rez and there are no moorings when you arrive. You can anchor, but you pay the same fee. Messages sent to GrenMoor were ignored.
