Been coming to Lithia for decades renting houseboats and boat slips and never had an issue until this time. I reserved two slips right next to each other and when we arrived, someone was parked in our second slip with a really wide boat. Management told us "there was nothing they could do about it", so for two days it was really dicey getting our 23' tri-toon in and out of that slip with this random boat parked there, until it finally left. When I reserve a slip I'm asked to give my phone number and I could not understand why they wouldn't just call the person to come get their boat out. First world problems, I know, but it was a pain and almost hit the other boat a few times. I just figured Lithia could do better.
