Stayed for a couple weeks. Their facility had everything we needed. Came for some mechanical and electrical work, ended up staying in one of their transient slips getting some canvas and welding work done because they had an onsite welding shop and an onsite canvas/sail/upholstery shop. We stayed here while doing the Great Loop and found the location to be great as well. Right next to restaurants, bars and a supermarket. There's also a bike path that took us to downtown New Orleans. Prices were competitive (and alot cheaper than in Florida.) Highly recommend.
