This feels like paradise when you pull in. A small island off the coast with crystal clear blue water, wildlife, palm trees, and a small beach. They have a restroom available and picnic areas on the island. However, no electricity and no water, so be prepared. It is first come first served and on weekends, boats often raft up, so be sure to secure your spot early. Payment is on the honor system, and is done online–info is at the welcome board, but rangers come by to ensure people are paying their nightly dockage. The payment was a bit of a cumbersome process, but do think there should be better ways to enforce it, as it is a beautiful area for boaters and the fees help keep it that way.
