We were booked for a dock day slip on Saturday. We received our dock position and instructions to hail on VHF 9 via the dockwa app however when we arrived, we could not see from the water the dock position indicators which are mounted on the planks of the dock and no one responded to our hails over 10 minutes of trying. After not receiving a response, we decided to try docking and found that the water was flowing so swiftly that it was extremely difficult to get into the dock position (the furthest one from the shore). We gave up on that dock position and pulled into a different one closer to shore that had a lighter current. Overall, no response on radio, no support on the dock, and a crap dock selection process. Not great.
