[Edit (I think): after writing this review, I got a notification that the reservation was canceled. As far as I know, I think that's a full refund, so bumping up the review stars.]
I can't speak for the actual place, but have had a poor experience with their staff when it comes to booking and reservations. Specifically just yesterday (after hours) I booked 3 days of slip space at Rosario Harbor via their DockWA reservations. The booking is 6 months in advance and I did note the (very punishing) 25% penalty for cancelations.
Almost immediately I realized I had made a mistake can can't be there, so I called them the next day (today) hoping that they could allow for a full refund, especially given that the reservation is so far out and I had not held it more than 12 hours. When I got through to the marina staff (Jake) the only answer I got was "sorry that's our policy" - end of conversation.
I fully recognize that's their policy and I'm sure they want to discourage people from sitting on reservations then backing out, which is a huge churn on their business, but also they are completely merciless when someone makes a mistake that DIDN'T put them out as well. I'm sure it's a nice place, but please beware.
