Lovely marina and helpful staff. We had a great time in Bay Harbor and really like your slip setup with the angled finger piers and having adjustable cleats on both sides of the boat. Plenty of room for a dinghy. One annoyance, though - our slip was occupied by another boat and we had to wait an hour for him to leave, therefore setting lines and fenders twice. Not the marina's fault that boater didn't check out on time, but perhaps there's a way to "encourage" boaters to adios if you know another boat is coming in. Realizing what it's like on the other side of things, we will always check out of our transient slips on time! I didn't use the facilities so I can't comment on those, but the grounds and location are just beautiful. Thank you!
