This was our second stay and both experiences were fantastic. Upon arrival / departure there is always assistance with docking or departing. We had a couple power issues (entire dock) that were immediately addressed and resolved), the phone is always answered, new B dock is very nice.
We asked for a pump out which was promptly taken care of (and complimentary).
All the staff we encountered worked very hard and took pride in their jobs. BHLM has a great atmosphere and a gorgeous setting. Our stay couldn’t have been any better.
