Nice Slips, maintenance is kept up and responded too quickly. Far enough away that it's protected and close enough that you can be on the ocean in 30 minutes or less. Two places too eat, hot tub, heated outdoor pool, laundry that works, plenty of showers and bathrooms, plus a gym with sauna and steam. Honestly....one of the best marinas I have been at in the last two 1/2 years.
