This was our first stop after taking the Okeechobee Waterway across Florida. The dockhands and dock master were all incredibly helpful. Our slip was right next to the dock office and we got to see first hand how friendly and welcoming each employee was with everyone that came through. Your stay here gets you access to the pool, a workout facility, laundry, and showers. They have a golf cart shuttle service to get you to/from the docks. We used the service every time we did a grocery delivery from Walmart. They are equipped to hook up dock carts to the golf cart to get heavy loads back to your boat. There is also a great restaurant on the property that we went to for several meals.
We stayed over the July 4th holiday and had a wonderful experience. A pool party and games were held for July 4th, and a fireworks display went off right outside the marina.
The dock layout protects you from the current and there is plenty of depth if you enter at the fuel dock. Warning to boats with a deeper draft - the fuel dock is not where Navionics shows it to be. The entrance is further out in the water and the dock itself is in the center by the dock office. There is signage and the dockhands are very responsive by radio.
10/10 would return.
