We have always felt safe with our boat in dry storage hear. We have only encountered 2 issues here, one is not worth mention but this last time the dry lot was overbooked when we pulled our boat out on Saturday afternoon. I found a slim spot half spot to get into but there where two other boaters that had paid for dry storage that did not have a spot. We helped one boater move some a gravel pile so he could park his skiff and let another boater block our trailer in with their promise that they were leaving early the next day. Melanie is wonderful to deal with, I think they just need to schedule better. We will be back to try it all again.
