Good facilities (store/bait shop, fish cleaning area, good service and nice people. Issues: phone number for Marina on website doesn't work, parking lot needs grading - lots of potholes. Recent visit on 8/12/23. You now pay for launch via app on phone. Charged additional 10+ percent $11.39. They gave me a QR card inside the store. Scan the QR code and downloaded the app. I followed directions including license number and credit card info. Everything appeared to work on the 12th. Yesterday 8/23/23 I received a bill for $75 ($10 launch plus $65 ticket). Called the Marina 8/24/23 phone doesn't work. Found a phone number on web for Enforcement Department Municipal Parking Services 844-236-2011. They advised I have to go to website and file appeal. I did so and am waiting on a response (up to 72 hours).
