Very unorganized, never put our boat in when we wanted it in. Went to pull it for the year multiple times after asking for our trailer to be out.. It was blocked in by another trailer and a piece of equipment. Then when we called about it we got an older woman who had no idea about anything. They then could not find our trailer... After days of going back and forth with them they located the trailer and got it out for us. After being inconvenienced multiple times with this marina we asked for our boat to be pulled and put on the trailer for pickup... Showed up to the boat still in the water not loaded ( not a huge SURPRISE after everything that we have went thru with this marina). Highly disappointed and don't recommend! We will not be returning!
