Lighthouse Marina is the North Country's best-kept secret with the best prices on Lake Champlain! Our waterfront facility is located in the picturesque village of Rouses Point, also known as the Northern Gateway to New York. A family-run marina operation featuring premium Poralu aluminum floating docks and moorings for sail or power boats up to 55'. In winter we offer outside storage for boats from 16' to 65' utilizing our 60-ton Marine Travelift, 20-ton Hostar hydraulic OTR boat trailer, or hydraulic boat cradle trailer. We look forward to welcoming you in person to our unique marina!

George, the owner, is the most valuable asset of this location. He is always helpful, calm and ressourceful. He doesn't count his time or his efforts to help in the best way he can. I know my boat is safe there, either at the mooring or in the yard. Over that, we love the small village with everything you need at hand. And, for sure, we love the price, too! It is hard to find such a combination on the lake.
I'M in that marina since 2018 and we love the place not far from the border and George the owner is very open and helpful and the dock avec very large and good quality Few store in town and nice place to leave your boat in winter.

Love this marina! Great location, cute little village. The owner, George, is reliable, fair, good vibes, provides excellent splash/haul-out services and is always making improvements on the property. Moorings are very secure – the lake didn't get a ton of big breezes this year but it's good peace of mind for when they do. Prices are GREAT. Having that new dog park just across the road at the community center & fields is super helpful. Can't wait for the BYOR (bring your own rum) tiki bar to open next year! :D

I started keeping my boat here this year – I'm so glad I stumbled upon this marina! The owner, George, is extremely knowledgeable, proactive, thorough, and welcoming, and the location is fantastic – just around the corner from the main drag, so it's quiet but not isolated and an easy 5-min walk along the shoreline to get a coffee, sandwich, or swing by the hardware store. The marina is getting rebuilt after a massive storm a few years back, and from the looks of it when the new docks are in and restaurant are done next year, this already-great spot is going to be 🔥
It’s an amazing experience! I have been with the Lighthouse marina since September 2019. The marina is located 500 m from the customs (Lacolle). Easy to access and has all the necessary services. Always very good service. The owner is very polite. Very open for any personal inconvenience, especially during COVID time and border closures. Even though the price is already the cheapest on the lake, it suited me even more because of the pandemic. For two years that we couldn't see our boat, George took care of it. Thank you very much for being you!
I have been a year-long customer at this marina since 2016. I have a tricky full keel boat that is not easy to haul out and that will scare away many travel lift operators. George, the owner of the marina, is a very meticulous man and to my knowledge hauls every single vessel at Lighthouse. He will take the time and attention your boat needs and I take comfort knowing he is handling and caring for my sailboat. The installations at the marina are basic but are ideal for diy'ers and I will take friendly and helpful owner over pristine docks all day any day.
Just paid for my dry dock but I have nothing bad to say about this place. My boat has been there since 2012 and the owner, George, is very nice and knowledgeable. He will go out of his way to help his customers and others.
