I don't seem to recall such a professional management team so incredibly helpful and gracious in their effort to help in so many different ways. Robert did not hesitate to provide dock hands to help us handle the 50+ incoming boats at the fuel pier. He also immediately provided an entire dock for boats to tie up and ride out the storm. ? We could not have asked for a better host. Everyone has seen the improvements to the property, and especially Hemingways. If you haven't been inside yet, or had an opportunity to stop for dinner, don't wait any longer...."

"Diana (Bay Bridge service writer) called Cathy this morning because Joe (Bay Bridge service) told her our Boston Whaler was not in the yard. We pulled it out last Saturday to get the trailer lights fixed and then inspected. We couldn't get the lights fixed so we pulled it home so I could work on them. We neglected to let you know and I apologize for that.
Thank you very much for keeping an eye on the boats in your maintenance yard and thank you very much for the call. Please convey our appreciation to Joe and Diana as well.
Best wishes on a great boat show and 2012 season. Cathy and I purchased a home at Lake Norman, NC so we will try lake living and small boats as our next adventure. It is a longer weekend drive but it could also be our
retirement home -- but not for a few more years. We will miss BBM and all the great people who make it the best marina on the Bay."
