Marina was in decent shape but booked through Dockwa, got approved but never got a slip assignment or the gate codes for the marina. Called upon arrival on VHF with no response, called the phone number and tried the Marina office, dockmaster and eventually got connected to the hotel front desk who had no idea about our slip reservation and no way to contact the dockmaster as he was already gone for the day (Got in at 745pm) and had not left any instructions on docking. Found an open slip ourselves and asked some nearby slipholders who told us the owner of the slip was out for the weekend so we could stay there. Very glad for the helpful slipholders, not sure why we bothered booking a slip if nobody even knew or cared that we were there.
