Horrible experience! I have been on the waiting list for over a year. I had left 4 messages in a 2 month period of time to see when a storage spot would come open. Not once did I get a reply. I also emailed and did not get a reply. FINALLY today I got through to Catherine Hughes and she was extremely rude. She was short and said there was nothing open due to COVID. When I asked why she hasn't returned any of my messages she got a terrible attitude, said she was busy and hung up on me. Not the first review saying she was rude to people.
