We stay here about once or sometimes twice a year. It’s an okay place to stay. Going into the hotel to shower and use the restroom isn’t the most ideal situation for a boat person. It’s a nice facility though. Always things happening. We go because we like to walk the dogs on the boardwalk and look for sharks teeth. Warning- some of the slips on ‘B’ dock are really shallow and we had to move out quite a bit because we ran aground in the first slip.
Very friendly staff and folks docked at the marina. Relaxing stay. Had a few drinks at the shack. Watched boat docking competition and fireworks. Rode our bikes to Janes State Park. Scraped peelers of the pilings. Crisfield isn’t booming, but growing up on the eastern shore, I already knew that. So if you are looking for shopping, it’s not the place to go. If you are looking to immerse yourself into the local area and operate at eastern shore speed, this is a great place to go.
