I have traveled the world on my Azimut 66 for the past 5 years. Boothbay Harbor is a special place for me and my wife. This early August we decided to try a new Marina in Boothbay Harbor. The Carousel Marina was our pick. We called over the phone for a last minute reservation hoping they would have room for us. Sure enough they were so helpful finding us a spot very fast. They had a crew on the docks ready to catch our lines and hooking us up to power. The owners and their crew were all working hard to make a very good impression. They were smooth and communicating like a team. After talking to the new owners of the Carousel Marina they have been the most friendly out going owners we have yet to meet at any marina in Maine over the past 2 summers. We talked about their upcoming improvements to the Marina as well as their marine store and restaurant. Very impressed with how young and talented these two young owners are and how hard themselves and their crew works. Can’t wait for next year to be back and see all the improvements and visit our favorite little town!!
