Marina looks good but the docks are wobly, the cleats are loose, power pole was loose from dock and shorted. Worst of all the people there are rude and arrogant. They are the most expensive in the area and I believed that was why they had tons of space when all the other marinas in the area didn't. This was not the case the people there are rude and act like your bothering them. When I told them about the cleats and asked for another slip they said that's just the way they are and when I insisted they finally did and that one was even worse and the finger was so wobbly I fell. Was going to stay a month and had paid left after 2 days as soon as another marina had an opening. Worst customer service I have ever received at a marina!
Great boatyard with travel lift. The crew there are awsome! Got me lifted out and blocked up in the yard on short notice. They helped me find and order hard to find parts and found the right people with the right skills that did awesome work. While it has older dockage and they dont have fuel or amenities. They do have a clean boatyard and great people that love boats and treat you like Family. Haven't been in a yard that cares and is willing and able to help you find those hard to find parts and even more importantly the right people with the right skills to help you with whatever you need! First time ever I left a boatyard and felt I got more than I paid for!
