Staying at Kap's Marina is similar to staying at a rundown campground, there is very little maintenance done around the place, junk laying around, spider webs encasing the doorways/lights, weak wifi, no frills showers (one hook and a chair, no floor towel, not even a shelf to put your soap/shampoo on)
We are sorry your stay with us was not up to par. We are a family owned business with limited staff... That is by no means an excuse for the lack of upkeep. Our WIFI is supplied by DCONLINE and is usually spectacular. Our bathrooms are cleaned daily. Addition of hooks will be addressed. Thank you for your review, as ALL constructive criticism is always valuable to us make needed adjustment.
