This place is perfect. To sail Narragansett Bay just across from Newport is gift for any sailor in the world. Pearson 26 was perfectly protected by the Dumplings. The launch service operates weekends 8am- 8:55pm on Channel 72. On my weekday stay I had launch service from 8am- 6:55pm. The views of the Newport Bridge and Fort Adams were spectacular. The boat yard is working class as am I. Felt at home. 2 outdoor showers and 1 employee bathroom available 24 hours. Downtown Jamestown is really a cool place. If you have kids and not local. Get to the playground in the middle of the Island. It is one of the best in the United States. Clearly very knowledgeable boat builders, maintainers, and operates in every direction of the yard.
