The marina was very clean and the staff were helpful. The food at the blue marlin was great and the bartender Josh was excellent! The downside is there is no shower or boater reserved restrooms. The worst part was the electrical. You cannot run two 30 amps on the same pole and the GFIs were only 30 amps and extremely sensitive. That is they continually flipped. If this were fixed I would have given it 5 stars.
Hi Craig we’re sorry you felt that way. On the bright side we have a beautiful new barge coming with brand new showers, restrooms and laundry facilities! It’s enroute so should be here any time now.
As far as the electric is concerned there’s no problem at the pole running two 30amp outlets, all of our pedestals are brand new and have the proper ground fault protection. We typically have an electrician available to track down any issue you might be having so you can have the problem rectified for all the newer / updated marinas you choose to stay at. Let us know next time you’re in town and we’ll help you get it fixed.
