June 2025 Visit We enjoyed ourselves inspired of the rainy weather. The dockmaster was very accommodating and helpful when docking and setting up. June 2024 Visit Reserved my slip in back in March. Received an confirmation email with a slip D21 assignment. June 21st, we arrive by boat to find a boat in D21. I'm told 'it's a season rental' and I need to go into D22. Turns out D22 does not have electric service working, so I put the boat in D20. At around 2:00p, I am informed by the dockhands I have to move the boat because D20 is a 'a Seasonal rental' and they will be arriving. The Dockmaster says he'll tell me what slip to move to, which he never does. Now I find myself waiting, not able to enjoy our cocktails, not able to go to the beach. Hours later, the Dockmaster informs me I can stay in D20! The marina still charged me the full price of dockage and electric, as if I had been enjoying the day at the marina. I am very annoyed. I didn't cause this situation, they did. No apologies from the marina. Very unprofessional! Captain Annoyed June 2020 ??? The stay was nice due to place and the people we were with. I requested a slip on D Land. I was assigned D Pier. No big deal, however, because the marina relocated poles, but did not relocate electric stations, at my slip the transom door lined up with not only an station but a large fire extinguisher station, making it difficult to get on or off the boat. One of my passengers did fall and was hurt while trying to get on the boat. In addition, a boat neighbor who apparently had a problem in his boat electrical system and couldn't hook up, was running his generator. Because of this, I asked the marina dockmaster for a different slip. He said he would get back to me. He never did. Fast forward to late evening, I refused to go to my cabin to sleep with the neighbor's genny running with the exhaust aimed at my boat. I brought this to the attention of Doug, the concessionaire, who eventually ran an extension cord to this neighbor's boat. When asked if the neighbor's genny would shut down during the night, Doug refused to say. I found myself insisting Doug to enforce his own marina rules of 'No Generator use in the marina. He refused. Fortunately, the generator was not started during the night. It's clear, Doug, as Manager of a marina, needs to educate himself on the dangers running any engine or generator with other boats nearby and familiarize himself with his own marina rules. As a senior member of the Great South Bay Power Squadron, I will be advising the Squadron to hold our events elsewhere until we see the marina is better managed. George Morrissey [email protected] June 2021 Very pleasant stay. Dock people were very helpful. Uneventful no generators running. June 2023 Again very pleasant stay. I want to thank the Dockmaster. We found ourselves under a Marine Weather Warning on our day of arrival. Calling the Dockmaster to inform him we will be unable to arrive that day due to the storms. He changed our arrival date to the next day and refunded the original arrival day. He also was able to give us a slip that we prefer. George

July 16, 2024 Very nice stay. Received Requested preferred slip as assigned. Crew was available to assist docking. Sept. 2023 Over the weekend, we hosted a Great South Bay Power Squadron Picnic at Atlantique. The crew at Atlantique could not have been more accommodating helping us, especially Briana. Between helping us dock and helping us set up for the picnic, the crews help was extremely appreciated. I wish other marinas could be anything like Atlantique's. Thank you. Past Commander George Morrissey
