Marina and grounds are nice. Very well kept. No WIFI at the end of B Dock, we informed the dock master twice but he told us no one else had complained so apparently that meant no action would be taken on the marinas part. There was a Wi-Fi extender right behind our slip but apparently it was not working because there was no signal at the end of the dock which was disappointing. My guess no one else complained because there was no one else out on the end of the B dock, except for a 80 ft Hatteras that I'm sure had his own system and didn't need marina Wi-Fi. Dock hands were very attentive, front office not so much.
Thank you for your kind words in regard to my dock attendants, marina and grounds. However, I am disappointed in the apparent lack of communication you received about the WiFi situation. What was not shared with you was that the office staff reported it upstairs to me and I had a dock attendant go down B dock and check it out. He told me that he had very good signal until he got about halfway out the dock, at which point it dropped out and lost connection. We checked the rest of the marina and found good signal throughout, which led us to the same conclusion as you. Seems like we have a bad WIFI extender at the end of the dock. I had our IT guy try to get in touch with the subcontractor that installed the system. Unfortunately, being Friday afternoon, no one was in their office. We have reached out to them today and will schedule a repair appointment when they return our call. I'm sorry you were not informed as to what steps were being taken to try to fix the problem. You should have also been given the option to move to a location with good signal, or at least advised that, if you had mobile devices, they could be used at the pool or most any other area of the facility. Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I hope to see you here again soon.

Otherwise our stay was as expected with friendly and helpful staff, bikes plus shuttle to the grocery store.
5 stars for staff, management should plan better.
