A great value considering the location. The marina does not offer any amenities, however, and the docks are old and wobbly. Some pilings within the slips are unprotected, so be prepared with fenders and/or have rub-rails. Electric (50a) and water were available. A Trader Joe's grocery store and laundromat are within walking distance, albeit a hefty walk. Access to the T (and thus airport) is very close, a great place to stay and enjoy Boston or pickup/dropoff crew and passengers. Public bike docks are nearby for easy bike rental and excellent city access. Ditto with hop-on/off tour buses. The North End restaurants are also nearby. The dock staff was professional, helpful, and very responsive to Dockwa messages. A few growing pains with scheduling seem to persist, I recommend calling to confirm any reservations if you have unique slip requirements. Very busy on summer weekends, but not bad on the weekdays. Shipping items here requires a special office address, call ahead if you would like to receive packages.

Stayed here during the COVID crisis. The marina had a friendly, but skeleton crew. Sadly we had no shore power our night here due to an oversight, but not a big deal considering the short handed staff. The docks are nice and new, free laundry facilities, nice showers, and there’s small ship’s store. Fuel dock and pump out was a cinch. Good water pressure at our pedestal. Entrance was a bit tricky due to confusing navigation aids, but never saw less than 7 feet at high tide. Very nice views and rustic setting. I found T-Mobile cell service rather poor. The marina WiFi didn’t fully reach our slip, but found it on par with most marina WiFi service. I think this marina would be awesome and fun after COVID with some more life, more boaters, and open restaurants.

This is one of the cheapest marinas in the Annapolis area, and is a good value. The location isn’t great and lacks some major amenities for the cruiser, but overall delivers if you need a dock and shorepower. The marina staff is laidback and flexible. Fuel is also well priced. There’s an anchorage outside of the marina, however the marina will ask you to pay a dinghy fee if you start coming to the dinghy dock frequently. There’s a pool and bathrooms, however, no laundry and grocery shopping requires a Lyft ride to Edgewater. (There’s a West Marine, grocery store and KMart adjacent to each other in Edgewater.)
