This marina has recently changed hands. My father has a boat there. The prices are going way up and they aren't posting monthly [length] rates online. Nothing in writing. They seem eager to have my father leave.

I am the new owner and we have not changed our prices for slips, in fact, in many cases, the slip rates have been reduced as we have moved to a per foot charge rather than by the slip.
