Friendly staff, knew how to handle lines, gave us some choices on docks. WiFi worked great. Everything was in good clean condition although you could say that the bathrooms were dated.
Would be a five if they had usable WiFi. Great staff, docks in good shape, clubhouse very clean. I was in slip b10 and although there was connectivity I had to switch to cellular, which was not very strong either.
Never answered phone. We called a few times during business hours this spring using the marina number on their website. Assumed they had shut down and were surprised to see them open when we got a slip elsewhere. We’ve stayed there in the past, it is a great location, but the restrooms were always pretty bad(we just use the facilities on our boat, so this isn’t a big deal to us)
Marina manager told us we would likely get a transient slip and then stopped returning voice mails. Just a “no slips available” reply would have been professional, and it was more frustrating when we got a slip elsewhere and found that they were calling people to offer them slips, at least one of whom called after we did.
Great location, great staff. Kyle was extremely helpful, had spare power cables for us as we came in, although we have plenty of our own. We have never seen that before. As soon as rain ended he was out there sweeping puddles off the sidewalk. Clean facilities, right in downtown shopping/restaurant/bar area.
Almost went right by the entrance! Nice facilities, gas dock really convenient and the one person that seemed to be working did a great job, she followed my instructions (we have a unique boat) perfectly as came in for fuel and then ran to our dock and helped again. We liked the restaurant too, and it was only a couple minutes walk to the submarine museum and the beach. It’s also the closest marina to the big lake.
Friendly helpful staff, nice pool and facilities, short walk to nice little town.
