Harbour Towne Marina

Was very nice set up but didn’t know if could cut weeds behind boat as were close. Very nice marina

Fuel dock attendant was super nice. The entry to the marina is a narrow little thing that I missed at first and feels a little scary given how small it is but it was fine. It is my fault that I didn't read enough perhaps that I would be assigned to a very tall fixed dock that made tying up my 29 foot boat a challenge (not to mention climbing up to the dock from my boat). If I hadn't had arrived right at closing time I would have inquired about other options but it worked out.

Harbour Towne is the best marina location in the Great Lakes. Staff and management are always considerate and willing to help.

Great protected place to dock near Lake Michigan and Muskegon Lake. Short walk to Dockers, The Deck, and the beach and channel.

We love Harbour Towne and stayed there many times before. This was the first time through Dockwa, and the team was very responsive, including providing a few slip options that made it much easier for us to get in and out. We will be back!

We needed one night transient dockage. Used the dockwa app to request slip but never heard back. We pulled into the marina and tied to the gas dock. We called many times on the radio. Then we called on the phone. Attendant denied getting any calls from us- we had made four, and then had to call a manager to see if we had a slip to use. We received a confirmation of our slip after we were docked. I know it’s the end of the season but this shouldn’t happen. Boat following us in had the same problem.

No dock help upon arrival.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were plentiful (pool, hot tub, library, lounge with kitchenette, rest rooms and showers). We were told there was a laundry room, but we did not see it or need it. The only downside was that it was 3-4 miles from down town area.

Great location, will recommend to other Great Loop boaters.

Wonderful marina with all the amenities you need! Clean, quite, protected, yet walking distance to 2 restaurants/bars. This is a great spot to be!

The marina was very god as was the staff.

The Harbor Master and Staff do a great job in maintaining a spectacular facility. We feel as though Harbour Towne is our second home.

I contracted for a mast up storage space for my small sailboat. I stored and sailed it, launching from the ramp, all summer long. It was great. Excellent ramp and storage spot. I will sign up again for next summer! My thanks to Harbour Towne Marina for providing this service.

It is a great Facility... lots of good friends there and it was like visiting home... Dock conditions are good and up to date... Bathhouses are clean and serviceable. The Staff is friendly and helpful. A good time was had by ourselves and our guests that came for a visit while we were there.

Helpful, friendly Restaurant was good, except loud music

This is the second time we've come to Harbour Towne Marina. It is beautiful. I don't necessarily care for the condo side. It does not have the amenities for bathrooms or the pool side. It would be nice to be greeted to have someone help you tie up. Other than that. Everything was very nice.

Terrible! We reserved a slip with 50 amp power. We pulled in and no one gave us any direction. No one to help you on the dock and only 30 amp power. They then proceeded to move us to another slip and it still only had 30 amp power. Made for very hot sleeping arrangements and little power. We spent 4 hours messing around with this and it ruined our night.

Very nice up scale marina

Almost went right by the entrance! Nice facilities, gas dock really convenient and the one person that seemed to be working did a great job, she followed my instructions (we have a unique boat) perfectly as came in for fuel and then ran to our dock and helped again. We liked the restaurant too, and it was only a couple minutes walk to the submarine museum and the beach. It’s also the closest marina to the big lake.

Very welcoming boaters, pool and hot tub was a unexpected bonus. The slip they put me in was not prepared for a transient though with all the lines from the previous boater still on the cleats and a trailer winch bolted to a post which hit my rubrail. Also only one 30 amp outlet meant I couldn’t run my air and battery charger at the same time.

Nice and convenient Marina. Staff was courteous and excellent. Stayed at the Pidge Inn for the weekend and both the Inn and Marina combined made for an excellent weekend for our family.

Great place as always. However the WiFi at the end of B Dock does not work well at all. Have stayed at the end of D and E before with no issues but B dock is a No go from now on.

we were unable to make it to Harbour Towne Marina due to weather, so I can only comment on communication and ease of arranging a slip. Communication was very good, transient slip was at end of a "T" head which is preferable for easy in and easy out for a transient boater, also was provided the bathroom code and wifi password by email - excellent policy. The dockmaster extended out arrival date out three days due to weather at no additional charge, however due to being weathered in at last marina we decided to make up the lost days by skipping Muskegon and sailing a few long days. We sincerely hope to stop by this marina sometime next season, we just could not make it this trip due to weather.

Harbor towne is a very nice place to stay. People were friendly and everything was well taken care of. I will be staying there again I give it 5 stars

Quality floating docks, clean showers, bathrooms, and laundry room. Nearby restaurant and WWII submarine museum to visit.

Everything was first class. New community room and pool is open for use. Bath rooms were exceptionally clean and the grounds were very well maintained with grills, tables and chairs in many locations.

Wonderful marina, great location, very well maintained, awesome pool. nice docks with no issues from high water this year. The Pidge Inn hotel right there is also an amazing place to stay if you want to get off the boat.

Dock hands were good. Facilities excellent. Great pool. Clean bathrooms and showers. Docker’s restaurant ez walk from marina. Close to Silverside Sub museum and beach. Easy access to Lake Michigan. Only downside a lonnnnng way from town. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed how clean and well maintained the grounds are.

Marina was very clean and the people are very friendly. The marina appears to be understaffed. They never answer the radio and barely the phone. When we arrived some other boat was in our slip and when we asked why it took well over an hour to get anyone to reply! We could not get tied up because we did not know if we were in someone else's slip.

It appeared that the marina building was under construction. The restrooms were dated, but clean. Lots of lawn chairs for relaxing, and a great restaurant next door.

When we booked our prepaid reservation we received a nice email with head code, WiFi info, and slip assignment at the east end of the D dock. We didn’t know that meant it didn’t have a number like the other slips and was just the east side of the T at the end of D dock. I left a few phone messages a day or two earlier inquiring about the slip number. No calls were returned but we stopped for a pump out on the way in and learned what it meant from a very nice gas dock attendant. Unfortunately, we arrived at the slip to find it was partially occupied by the bow of the long boat on the west side leaving insufficient space for us. We called one phone number, no answer. No reply to a radio call either. So we tied up temporarily on the empty east end of E dock. Finally got a new person on another phone number. They didn’t know what to do and the gas dock lead person was busy with another boat. After 5 minutes of waiting she suggested I call her boss to figure it out. I suggested she call her boss and figure it out and get back to me soon because we would be going ashore after we had lunch. Some time later, the gas dock lead person figured out that they had given us the wrong slip in the original email and we luckily pulled into the slip we were really assigned to anyway. The facilities are very good but there is a restaurant adjacent and boat launch at the west end of the marina that attracted a number of noisy cigarette type boats. And that evening there was a live band at the restaurant that played so loudly we had to turn off our easy listening music and went below early rather than sitting out in the cockpit. Nice facility if there isn’t a band at the restaurant and and you don’t mind the active noisy boat traffic and you don’t need to reach anyone to help with a slip.

We loved the location, our slip and everything about the experience. We had a couple changes/issues with the slip and the staff were so helpful, I couldn’t ask for better service. I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Needed to cancel reservation. I contacted the marina on the 5th and again today to request a refund.

Great grill area, easy access to beach, appreciated docking on end.
