They didn't advertise that their pool was closed and it was 90° and they don't open till 9am so there is no help getting a push off.
We are sorry that the pool project that started last winter has interrupted our summer, our contractor ran into multiple problems with weather, supply chain issues, etc. this past winter and spring that kept pushing the end date out. We are proud to be the only marina in Boston with a pool, and have been assured that it will be ready soon. (By the way, there is a municipal Olympic size pool a few blocks from us if you are looking for the exercise.)
We would have been very happy to give you a hand leaving the dock before we opened in the morning if you had let us know. In fact our asst. dockmaster lives on his boat just twenty feet from where you were docked. We are fortunate to have staff living at the marina year-round and take pride in assisting boaters as they come and go at all times - it is not unusual for our staff to be assisting boaters at 3 o'clock in the morning as long as we have proper notice. Hopefully you will come back again soon.

NoReportMarina is in a great spot for enjoying the city, it’s close to everything. The marina’s amenities are lacking. The security of the boaters area is not secure at all. Part of my stay was tough due to strong wind. No breakwater to mask the current and wind made for 2 very uncomfortable days and nights. The dock hands were terrific and accommodating. No WiFi. I will choose a different marina next time no doubt.
Now they answered my review and say that the gates are secure, They are not you can just reach over and unlock the door. WiFi is not dedicated to the Marina, it’s shares with harbor hotel conference room.
24hr. security at Rowes Wharf with hourly rounds has kept all our boaters belongings safe and minds at ease. We are sorry to hear there was bad weather during your stay but Wifi is available and amenities are not lacking here, everything is listed on our site and made available to you upon arrival.
