Both of the lines on the mooring were rotted out. There were no loops on either end. Our expectation is for an easy snd safe approach to a mooring R11
Thank you for letting us know about the pennants. The seasonal renter must have had it set up for his boat. We’ll replace them immediately.
FOLOWUP: Upon inspection the pennants had clearly been run over and cut near the ends. Thank you for reporting this. They have been replaced.
