Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed coming back to HHS. One disappointment I’d like to raise, has to do with our request to be placed in the entrance causeway, only to be told you were fully booked. Interestingly enough, there were even fewer boats tied up there this morning, than there were last night upon our arrival. There were numerous vacancies on that dock. Instead, we had to navigate the very close quarters, whilst dodging the fast-approaching storms only to be tucked all the way in at D11. If we had been where we’d requested, this would clearly have been a five-star review, but it seemed much too easy to decline our request. This was confirmed when we had a response to this message this morning, indicating that you were not fully booked, and we should have demanded to speak with someone more senior. To that I suggest you give your employees the power to delight each guest.

Hi lorenroos, We always strive to deliver an experience that exceeds your expectations and are happy that we were able to speak with you by phone. Sometimes overnight dock reservation layouts change at the last minute due to cancellations, inclement weather and boat size changes. It's our hope that you will give us a chance to better serve you in the future.

Dock services and support were impeccable. Showers leave little to nothing to be desired, and we’re utterly disappointing. You can do much better!

Hi There. Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the Harbor Department is not in control of the Menemsha Beach Comfort Station (bathrooms). We’re sorry about your bad experience with the bathrooms and we will pass on your concerns to the Sanitation Department who takes care of them.
