Should have had an email/ text package of where to pick up shower cards, launch hours, laundry etc . . . If we had know the launch quit at 6 we would have anchored
pbraschi.... Sorry for the inconvenience. We have our launch schedule on our AHYC club website for all to check and reduce hours of operation as we go into the fall season and have greatly reduced demand for service. The simplest way however is simply to ask the launch operators for the hours of operation. If they are not satisfactory for your visit when you check in, you can always cancel your reservation.
Concerning your other issues, as we've responded to others in the past, the AHYC does not own, operate or maintain the shower facilities in the harbor... they belong to the harbor... the AHYC launch drivers only provide keys to the showers during operating hours as a convenience, otherwise visitors need to contact the harbor or harbor security. Neither the AHYC or the harbor have laundry facilities; there is a commercial laundry just outside the harbor, about a 5 minute walk from the docks.
