Great location near restaurants and shops. Do not expect any amenities other than electric hookup, not even a bathroom. I give only three stars because of poor communication and unresponsiveness. They do not have any staff onsite, will not answer the phone, will not return phone calls. Only communication was dockwa messages. Their cancellation policy states 48 hour notice so I notified them we planned to leave early and requested a refund for those cancelled days. Received NO response and no refund. If you only want a place to tie up and access electricity it is a good choice. But would not be a good fit if you need anything further.
Nice marina and staff. Outside of Huntsville, with Uber availability. Marco's Pizza delivery was quick and good. Marina has power, bathrooms and one shower (but did not have to wait for a turn). There is a nice, 1 mile, bike/walking path with beautiful views of the Tennessee River Would stay here again.
Great staff. They were helpful and really worked to take care of everyone on a busy fall weekend. We will be back.
Love Kenlake Marina! Beautiful location with helpful, friendly staff. We spent two nights in their off season (after Labor Day) so their onsite restaurant was closed but we used their loaner vehicle for a trip into town for lunch. They have power, water, fuel, pump out, showers, etc. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful marina.
