C.S.S. Yacht Basin is conveniently located in Historic St. Andrew, just steps from restaurants and shops in beautiful Panama City. Right along the intercoastal we're an excellent stop for a night or two on your loop. Though we're not a manned basin, we're always available to assist you via phone or email prior to or during your stay. Fuel is offered just outside out marina at the St. Andrews fuel pier. Please Note: We do not provide bathroom or shower facilities, however, there are many bathrooms in the surrounding area. If side-loading is required please request at time of booking.

Nicely tucked away protected marina. Very clean bathroom and shower! Great location right next to food and nightlife in St. Andrew's.
C.S.S. Yacht basin is small with space for only 2 transients and 1 shared pedestal. There are no amenities but the location is great, close to restaurants. It was quiet durning the night, the booking process through Dockwa was easy and they responded very quickly to confirm.
Nice protected waters and management is very responsive to questions.

The docks were well maintained, and the location is fantastic for walkable restaurant options. However, there’s no security and lots of vehicle traffic noise and pedestrians around. Overall, we felt safe, but you never know.

The staff handling my calls were very responsive. We were surprised, and disappointed, that our assigned slip did not have any finger piers. We had to back in, and remove our dinghy and davits before we could get off our boat. On a previous stay we were assigned a side tie to the pier, which was fine.
Had trouble finding CSS Yacht Basin with no signs or banners indicating where it was. It was very difficult for me to get on and off the boat because we had to park bow first. There was no side dock. I liked the easy access.
Great protection from the NW wind. Easy access. Good directions on where to dock with a photo of the marina. As advertised power only, but that was all we required.
No restrooms or showers. Put us in a slip with no way to exit the boat without removing our dinghy. No one to greet you or give you slip info. We had to call. Called for the internet password and the person who answered didn't know. We were told another person might call back but never got a call back. Disappointing that it was not a better experience. It was the first poor service we have had on the loop.
No finger docks only wall with room for one boat with power. Only has 1-50 amp and 1-30 amp power. Restaurant next to dock was good.
Great location. Easy to stay at L1 slip. Marina responded to my messages on Dockwa quickly.
Marina stay was great, the L1 spot marker was gone but we found the spot. The weather was stormy so we left after one night.
Great location near restaurants and shops. Do not expect any amenities other than electric hookup, not even a bathroom. I give only three stars because of poor communication and unresponsiveness. They do not have any staff onsite, will not answer the phone, will not return phone calls. Only communication was dockwa messages. Their cancellation policy states 48 hour notice so I notified them we planned to leave early and requested a refund for those cancelled days. Received NO response and no refund. If you only want a place to tie up and access electricity it is a good choice. But would not be a good fit if you need anything further.
We draft 5’9” and it was a little tight coming in. We were sitting on the bottom during low tide but other than that, the dock was conveniently located close to great restaurants and a park to walk our dog. Management was very helpful when we needed to change our dates.
Great little Marina for getting chores done and having some R&R. It’s right in the middle of the neighborhood of St Andrews with good local eateries and bars. The St Andrews marina has a nice little ships store with the essentials and good fuel prices. Self serve and easy!
Price is right. But, not having shower or latrine facilities is a big drawback. And the maintenance guy at the Shrimp Boat restaurant spraying down the outdoor table apparently pointed the hose directly at my boat portholes, drenching the inside of the boat. Also, add directions to the facility on the web site, and the email confirming reservations. Adding a map of the facility so I could find the slip would be helpful as well, as the slips are not well marked.
Small marina with a big heart! Nice location close to everything you could want - Hunters resaurant across the street is the BOMB! and Happy hour at The Shrimp Boat Resaurant (next to marina) is awesome with live music
