No restrooms or showers. Put us in a slip with no way to exit the boat without removing our dinghy. No one to greet you or give you slip info. We had to call. Called for the internet password and the person who answered didn't know. We were told another person might call back but never got a call back. Disappointing that it was not a better experience. It was the first poor service we have had on the loop.
