Excellent as usual. Although we arrived very late, we were met at the slip and helped to tie up. We got our key fob and helpful guidance about restaurants, etc. in the area. This really is a superior facility.
Well-sheltered mooring field, reasonable rates, fuel at the harbormaster's location. Multiple dinghy docks. Like-new transient facilities. Just beware of a lot of commercial traffic in the area.
No problems once there, but when we arrived on 8/24 they said we had no reservation. But they found us a mooring and we had a good stay. Then on 8/31, they called us to ask if we were going to keep our mooring reservation for that day. Explained that the reservation had been for the prior week (I have the PDF receipt that confirms the date), and they had no explanation for why this had happened. Do not know whether the problem was at Nantucket Moorings or at Dockwa.
All-around excellent facilities and personnel. Only thing lacking is a drinking fountain. We will definitely use this marina again.
Friendly staff and great facilities, including washer and dryer free to use. Only drawback is the price at $5/foot.
Marina was CLOSED--locked up tight--all day. Could not contact them by phone or radio. Had to beg a mooring from the harbormaster. Do not do business with this marina!
