Contacted marina via VHF for assigned/reserved slip for our 41 ft power boat. Not until we're all the way up the alley and near the assigned slip do they realize we're too big and won't fit. Now we have to spin in a narrow area with crosswinds and exit to a different slip. They should have said something way before we entered the alley. Very poor coordination.

It would have been nice to receive some correspondence from the marina as to the restroom code, shower code, information in general. Never heard a thing.
First, the young men who assisted us on the dock at arrival are 5 stars. Very helpful, very energetic, very informative....GREAT job! However, $154/ night is a bit high for the somewhat limited services. Also, I was charged for fuel I did not purchase. There appears to be a refund, but I should have never been charged in the first place and thus the 3 star overall rating.
Outstanding Marina, staff, service, amenities. Everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you for allowing the Navy Yacht Club Everett to hold our get together in your tented pavilion. It was outstanding!
Right off the bat, the dock service crew are the very best in the business. Of all the places, marinas, harbors that we've stayed, the crew at Roche are by far the best. Facilities are fantastic, restaurant is superb. A pleasure to stay here
