Secret Cove Marina is a family owned and operated 150 berth marina offering full time and guest moorage from 20ft. to 140ft. vessels. Located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, directly across the Strait of Georgia from Nanaimo and adjacent to Smugglers Cove & Thormanby Island Marine Parks. Home to our floating store and "La Bettolina Restaurant" our marina and fuel dock offer a full range of services to make your boating experience what it should be. A well-stocked floating store houses a government liquor agency, that includes one of the "best" little wine selections on the Sunshine Coast, with direct from winery deliveries. A full range of staple and gourmet foods. It also houses our branded clothing, our famous Martini T's & Helly Hansen. A large selection of fishing tackle, marine parts (with next business day delivery on special orders), hardware, books, souvenirs, local giftware and crafts. Friendly and well trained crew members are here to make your stay enjoyable. The entire marina staff could not have been more welcoming, helpful and friendly. We were accommodated at short notice during a spell of very windy weather when the docks were extremely busy and full. The store is really well stocked and the shower and laundry facilities are great. Also the docks are in excellent condition, water and power readily available, and everything kept in great shape with some nice additions like the gorgeous picnic bench out front. I would highly recommend this marina to all boaters and am looking forward to going back there soon.

The staff at the marina are great and super sweet, helpful and on top of everything. Four star given as there's not too much beyond the marina and it's fairly small. Had dinner at the restaurant which was very good. I can tell they try hard to make it a great experience. Be aware that if you make reservations, you are automatically signed up for the tasting menu. You can order ala carte if you do not make reservations. It's fairly clear on the website so I missed that as I was making reservations and watching for logs at the same time :) Although I typically wouldn't have done the tasting menu, it was very good.

Even though the marina was closed for the winter, booking online was easy and we received confirmation within a couple of hours. Self-serve arrival and departure was hassle-free. The bay itself is beautiful - and really peaceful this time of year. It was a lovely place to spend the night.
