Great marina- Jared was very welcoming and explained the layout to us first timers. We happily tied up on the floating dock closest to the marina office, easy walk to the facilities and resort. The resort amenities are great, we grabbed Starbucks coffee and breakfast at the Market, sat at the infinity pool in the sun, used the hot tub. Indoor pool and arcade were popular with kids, so planning a family visit next time. Getting transportation to and from downtown is tougher but we used the phone numbers listed in the marina office and was able to get a ride $5 pp, super easy to have a romantic dinner in town. No noise issues at the marina other than a surprise firework show, beautiful and overall peaceful. Great relaxed overnight, dog friendly.
Great marina. Location is perfect for access to this quaint town, we walked from the marina to Docs and made our way back easily. There is a small town beach nearby for any other shell collectors and some locals were fishing perch from the pilings. Marinas bathhouse and showers were fantastic. I think the bathhouse could be fitted out more to include appliances like freezer, real cream in the fridge etc and some kind of breakfast option since the local town literally had none. It may be covid related. Our dock did not have floating docks, I understand its being updated. The team member who came out was helpful, printed out information and map for us.
