Fabulous! Staff were very helpful, the showers are amazing and the food at the restaurant was excellent. Ubers were easy to get and around $10 to get to the Yorktown or to the historic district.
Cole the dock master was fabulous. Coming in on thanksgiving day, we knew we’d be up for a challenge. The slip we were assigned was tight and difficult to navigate as this was our first time here. The dock hand assigned to us did not answer our hail or call, and we were forced to dock ourselves which resulted in my wife jumping off the boat. We ended up in a slip too small and crooked. Fortunately our departure was assisted and went smoothly. The tide and wind at this marina are challenging. Unless you have a skilled dock hand to explain the how it goes before you arrive, and ready to assist,go elsewhere/
Great stay at Seabreeze Marina. Super nice concrete floating docks, walking distance to King street and an easy crossing of the bridge on the walking/bike trail. Great staff and very nice bathroom and shower facilities. Definitely recommend.
A really nice new facility. Helpful dock hands, wonderful bath facilities, plus tasty food at the Cabana Bar.
New docks and helpful dockhands! We came in with gale force winds and were thrilled to have great help. Bumpers are needed as there isn’t a lot of padding on the docks. We were on the outside (and thankful to be off the water!) so the traffic on the river caused quite a bit of rocking. There is a nice little restaurant attached to the marina too. A bonus was the 30% off coupon in Dockwa!
Great new facility. Great communication. Closest marina to the best BBQ in town
Excellent experience. Communication was great, the docks were new, the transient area was first class with great showers, bathrooms and the ability to do laundry. Great view of bridge.
Wonderful new marina on the east side of Charleston make it my preferred marina for access into old town. So new that the staff seems to be having some growing pains in managing mail / deliveries and dock tidiness, but their eagerness to assist over rules any negativity. I'm sure they'll get it figured out soon. Also parking is an issue with not enough spaces on the property. The docks themselves are first class with reliable shore power (3-phase / 480VAC) and great water pressure. Nice restaurant at the top of the dock is always busy around happy hour for a fun scene. We certainly hope to be back!
The marina is recently rennovated and very nice. The docks and bathrooms are all new. It's a mid-priced marina in the area for a sailing catamaran. Hunter on the staff was very helpful. The downside is that it's a bit far from town. We had to Uber to get to town and not much is walkable.
Brand new marina with excellent staff. Floating docks with good restaurant and super new and clean bathrooms. Fuel not operational yet (April 2024) but this will be our Marina anytime we are in Charleston.
Beautiful new marina. Floating docks. Staff, especially Cole was very helpful. Super clean & new. Great laundry & showers. So new the fuel & pump out station was still being built, however don’t let that stop you from going. Restaurant on site has a great food, beer and Fro-rose drinks. Better than typical bar fare.
We were only the 3rd transient ever; everything completely new, indeed the only complaint is not all the amenities are yet finished. Fun bar/grill (counter service) that was really hoppin’ Friday night.
