Since taking over management, we’ve worked hard to improve the marina and take pride in the positive feedback we receive daily from our current customers. We’d like to clarify a few points: Our pump-out station has been fully operational for over a week, and all customers were notified via email. The entry gates have been functioning reliably for many months. Our rates and any applicable fees are clearly posted on our official rate sheet and fully disclosed in all agreements. The security cameras are in place for the safety of our boaters and their property—a feature many of our customers appreciate. Regarding the personal remark: We strive to treat all guests and tenants with professionalism and respect, and we do not have a record of any interaction with a "James" matching your review.
