Paid for the full day and the computer gave me a receipt saying check in was 12pm and checkout was 11am. Someone took my moring ball and I didn't have a receipt to show it was mine. Made a 2nd reservation and the same thing happened. Paid twice and got nothing. Please ask IT to look into the glitch.
