They had no idea how to open their Dockwa App and see details of our reservation. We spoke with 3 people working there and they couldn’t tell us what slip we were in. Finally put us in someone’s slip and told us we’d have to move when they figured out where we would be. Spent 5 hours waiting to be told our slip assignment and then they finally said “stay where you are”. This is the second time we’ve booked there through Dockwa and showed up to have them completely unaware!
