Beautiful facility with great location

Great marina! Highly recommended.

Very nice two week stay. Very good parking very close to our slip. A few minor comments that will not impact my return. The water pressure in low and maybe that's because we were at the end of the line at F4. The trash pickup in the parking lot fell behind a few times. And finally, the docks could have been hosed down on an as needed basis. I want to empathize that MacDougall's is a great place to stay and Falmouth Harbor is great. Lots of very good restaurants downtown.

Great marina! Falmouth is a great town and this is a great place to stay. You can walk to town and beach and the docks and facilities are great.

Although we don't go into Falmouth often MacDougalls' is our only consideration when we do. The dock staff is cordial and very helpful. My cousin actually moved his boat to MacDougalls' so that he could be at a full service facility.

Great Facility, Great Staff

Very clean and professional facility, with comprehensive repair operations. All personnel are super friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to Vineyard Sound, Nantucket Sound and Buzzards Bay.

Recently had a 1 night stay. Jordan the Dockmaster was extremely helpful in making a last minute change to our reservation during a busy fishing tournament. The facilities are top notch. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Great place to stay and enjoy what Falmouth has to offer. They’re great with getting you back on the water in a timely fashion if a problem arises with your boat. Highly recommend overnighting here or using them for service if you have the chance!

I thought MacDougalls was great. Facilities were clean, staff was friendly. Water and power was readily available. Family and I had a great time.

They had no idea how to open their Dockwa App and see details of our reservation. We spoke with 3 people working there and they couldn’t tell us what slip we were in. Finally put us in someone’s slip and told us we’d have to move when they figured out where we would be. Spent 5 hours waiting to be told our slip assignment and then they finally said “stay where you are”. This is the second time we’ve booked there through Dockwa and showed up to have them completely unaware!

Excellent marina. Personnel are skilled and helpful. Docks are beautiful. Best shower facility I have experienced and located perfectly in active Harbor. Had another fun visit to MacDougalls for the road race. The dock crew are experienced and very helpful. I realized I needed to extend our stay by a night and they made it happen without a fuss. good group great well run marina.

Nice place with very nice people. The dockmaster is tops.

Facilities are great, as is the condition of the docks. My only gripe is the lack of dockhands to help with lines. On a mid-summer Saturday afternoon they had only 2 dockhands for 100+ slips plus a gas dock. In this tight harbor with large commercial boats coming and going constantly, you can't keep visiting boats waiting for long. Hailing them 20 minutes before my arrival to confirm my slip location did not change things...they simply had too few staff on hand. Fortunately the wind favored a soft landing and my wife was able to step onto the dock with two lines. If you need help with lines you may want to confirm they have hands available at your slip before entering the harbor.

Stopped here on the way to Maine in mid-June 2019. A shaft seal started leaking enroute from Newport & friends with boats on the Cape recommended MacDougalls. They hauled the boat, installed new shaft seals, & did some routine maintenance since we were on the way to Maine. Service Dept was slammed getting local boats ready but fit us in & got our work done promptly. This is a nice marina with full service maintenance and a competent and friendly staff.

Not much to say just overnight. Duck system in very good shape.

We stay at MacDougall's every year, we love the marina and the staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. Gregg, the dock master, went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one and Tim who we have dealt with for years is just great. Once again Gregg made our stay an extremely pleasant one.

Very friendly and helpful folks. We arrived a bit early on a very windy day and the dockmaster was able to accommodate us and help us into our slip in the wind. The facilities are first class and clean. Macdougalls' is so convenient to everything and it is great to have Holiday Cycles just across the street for renting bikes. A truly delightful stay.

Very nice! Convenient to provisions, licquor store and restaurants. Great laundry and shows facility. WiFi a little iffy, but similar to many other marinas. Full service yacht yard and repair.

Nice place less then a mile to the beach about 1.5 miles to center of town. Quick bike ride or taxi ride to Woods Hole. Up the block to the ferry to Oaks Bluff, a mile to the ferry to Edgartown.

No help from the dockhands. They sent us to one dock; after we were tied up they told us we had to move to another dock. At both spots we had to handle our own lines - the dockhands didn't even help catch our lines. My 60 year old wife and I had to fend for ourselves against an adverse wind and a difficult docking situation. Thanks boys. The docks were nice. Restrooms and showers were clean. The walk to town was a bit far - take a cab it only cost $5.

The staff was right on their game, reservation was accurate and there was zero fuss after being pointed to l, and assisted at, my dock for the evening. Bathrooms and grounds were spotless, and again the dock staff was friendly and professional
