Facilities are great, as is the condition of the docks. My only gripe is the lack of dockhands to help with lines. On a mid-summer Saturday afternoon they had only 2 dockhands for 100+ slips plus a gas dock. In this tight harbor with large commercial boats coming and going constantly, you can't keep visiting boats waiting for long. Hailing them 20 minutes before my arrival to confirm my slip location did not change things...they simply had too few staff on hand. Fortunately the wind favored a soft landing and my wife was able to step onto the dock with two lines. If you need help with lines you may want to confirm they have hands available at your slip before entering the harbor.
