Excellent people there, everyone is very helpful met some nut At the bar and told me to move I was sitting in her seat WHILE I was eating dinner with my wife but other than that the place is always wonderful!!

Nicest folks around. Jordan and crew were outstanding once again. We will be back.

We enjoy storing our boat at Safe Harbor Burnt Store, they take good care and assist in maintaining our boat. All of the staff are professional and friendly. I recommend them to anyone wanting boat storeage in the Cape Coral area.

Not happy at all with the experience. We arrived with a tropical storm approaching. There was confusion with our reservation. We were made to feel unwelcome. We left after 4 days due to issues with the staff, the cost of our stay, also no power, docks underwater. The marina took full payment on day two even though we were told payment wasn't due till the end of our stay. We were told we could extend our stay to 4 weeks when we reserved. Then told no after we arrived. Still waiting on our refund

Rates got very expensive from years past. Paidunder $500 for the last 3 yrs for the month this year $700+

Great place to stay. Easy in and out. If you come in after 5pm no one to assist on the dock. We arrived at 5:06pm and they are gone. Also hard to contact them on vhf no answer. Had to call on phone.

Very well run marina with a lot of amenities. Golf, tennis, swimming pools, restaurants and s bar.

Transient docs aren’t that great the pedestals are old they have no lights on them other boaters were using flashlight to walk up and down the docks electricity wasn’t working on ours I could go on but I definitely won’t be back.

Our stay at Burnt Store was fantastic. The docks are in great shape. They have plenty of tie points. The food and entertainment was great. The bathroom and showers were good.

Staff at Burnt Store Marina are a 10 out of 10. I needed a mechanic and Jordon had one on my vessel within 30 minutes. Marina has a shuttle that takes you over to the clean and comfortable pool.

Our stay this time was perfect! We were docked at the end of G dock which gave us a nice breeze in the morning and the evening. The dock hands were great! We had two great meals at Cass Cay, a lunch and a dinner. And the Trading Post was convenient for a breakfast and a lunch and of course ice cream. We definitely plan on coming back this summer.

Always a pleasurable experience every time we have been there.

We recently stayed at Burnt Store & the staff was great! After docking with them for a few days we had picked up & dropped off (at the fuel dock) some family for 2 different trips and they were very accommodating!!! The restaurant is also very good & It’s always nice to see our favorite waitress, Sherry! We will definitely stay there every time we are in the area!!

Great Marina, even while they still in repair from Ian. The folks are very attentive and welcoming. There is a Dollar General about a 1.5 miles that does have produce a nice walk. The neighborhood around the marina has the best Pickleball courts. The folks there welcomed me and shared the rules of the play courts.

Overall the stay was good! However the dockmaster paid no attention to the dimensions of the boat or type when assigning the slip locations. Additionally I called a week before arriving and told them I needed a side tie because of mobility issues. It was totally ignored! They put me in the worst possible location for getting out in a north wind situation. Ruined my whole stay!

Everything was good and I really appreciated the help I received when docking, since I was alone. The only wish that the dock had lights for at night. It was pretty dark out and hard to see without the lights working on the dock.

The crew at Safe Harbor Birnt Store could not have been more accommodating. Lovely large deep pool approximately 85 degrees. Clean showers and bathrooms. Food is delicious and service was outstanding. Fuel dock busy this Am!

We brought 20+ boats in for our club Regatta and we do pleased with the level of service and responsiveness. Terry assisted with front end arrangements and slip assignments. Jordan was a rock star. Need dock carts... done... need propane.. done... need cart ride to the pool... done!

We went to Burnt Store to hide from high winds and couldn't have had a nicer marina. It is well protected tucked away and offers protection from all directions. When we arrived, the dockhand was super patient and helpful as the wind & current were working against us. The laundry accepts plastic. Who ever has enough quarters? There is a nice dockside restaurant, a deli and ice cream shop and across the property a nice pool to cool off. On Monday, near the pool is a Farmers Mkt where we bought several fresh veggies & fresh bread. The fuel dock personnel couldn't have been nicer. We let them know we were headed over as we were headed out, they helped with lines and were knowledgeable about the area. We SO appreciate the fuel discount Safe Harbor offers members and we took full advantage by filling up.

Great marina and helpful staff!

Called the marina when entering the channel for docking instructions and was given our docking assignment and told that two dock hands would meet us there to help. When we arrived at our slip there was no help to be found and a stiff wind blowing us off the dock. Luckily a neighbor boater helped us get tied up.

Easy in easy out. However, the pump out was not working...ouch.

The Office arranged with a crew member to assist with the mooring on arrival, and plugged in our shore power. Superb attitude and one felt welcome to the Marina. I soon realized that we only had one leg powered up. We sent an email to the office that for the night we would be OK but would appreciate someone to take a look at the problem the following day. Sure enough, about 8:30 AM the electrician was down at the dock and about an hour later we had full power. All the staff was very nice and helpful, and the restaurant was good. We will be back again when we are up in the area. Thanks to you all for making our stay very pleasant.

The crew at S/H Burnt Store went out of their way to assist us in several ways. The slip was easy to get in and out of, and the restrooms were clean. Great job by all!

Great sense of community among boaters - dockers, live aboards & transients. Good facilities. Easy access from Gulf of Mexico. Great protection with well marked entrance channel.

This is an OK marina which is in the process of renovation. We were docked by the restaurant and only had two near hits from incoming boats(within 18 inches). The bathrooms are nothing to write home about and our unlocked and shared with the restaurant, and the pool is 1/2 mile walk. Two years and this place may be nice. . .

We are not Safe Harbor members. Burnt Store Marina Safe Harbor, is about the same as Burnt Store Marina before it was a "Safe Harbor Marina". The static docks are fine. The water and power work. The staff is very good. The Deli and the restaurant are good. Pump-out, fuel dock.... all good. We were there for a couple of weeks, and provisioning became necessary. The town of Punta Gorda is 10 miles away, with no way to get there (that we found) other than an Uber, which took 20 minutes to get to the marina, and wasn't cheap. It's a long walk. or short bike ride to the pool, which was nice and warm. On "H" dock, you can hear the forklifts from the boat club beeping all day. On "G" Dock it's much better, and of course you don't hear them at night. At night you hear the bar band, which isn't all bad.

We arrived late in the day on a 40 ft. Sailboat. Dock space was perfect and we were assisted by a dock hand. He was very helpful and made sure we were tied up and had electric power. The marina is very well maintained and has all the amenities we needed. We will return there again.

Will never attempt a stay again. We dud not stay in a slip as the assigned slip was occupied by another boat and the one staff member was very rude and unacconpdatiing. Ruin our trip! Never again!

Nice spot in front of the restaurant in a quiet and calm marina. We had nightly entertainment that didn't go too late in the evening. Nice places close to walk dogs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great marina, great people working at the marina. Restaurant and General Store are great to. Just a pleasure to stay here.

We were on the T on F dock, which is the transient dock. We came in in the rain and the Dockhand was waiting to help us dock. There are several people available at the marina office during working hours. These are fixed docks in great condition. There are trash cans at the end of the dock. They were emptied daily. There is no security onto the dock but there was never a problem because the restaurant overlooked the dock. There is one washer/dryer at $2.25 a load. Credit card which is nice but the dryer is $2.25 for an hour and you can't change it. You really only need 30 minutes. The restroom near F dock had 2 toilets and 2 showers. It was open and used by the general public. We were given a key to the other building near the swimming pool, which is quite a walk. There are 4 washers and dryers. The bathroom has 2 toilets and 4 showers. The key also opens the gate to the pool. Nice pool with chairs. There is a 2 week maximum stay, which is unfortunate. We rented a car because there is nothing around the marina. $25 Uber to Enterprise. There's nothing around but the restaurant and snack bar. Cas Cay restaurant has nightly entertainment and trivia and bingo.

Nice facility with restaurant and ship store that serves breakfast all day. Showers and restrooms (a bit dated but clean) close to transient slips. Fuel prices reasonable for area. Pool and fitness facilities are a long walk. Accommodating staff.

Nice staff. Helpful. The docks are a little dark at night - but I know things are under repair so don't know how it usually is.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. They are also ready to help at any time.

We were thankful that we were able to get a transient slip. Dock is dated but “Any Port in the Storm”. Staff were extremely helpful and food at the restaurant and cafe was very good.

The marina was great love the surrounding area. The biggest problem is when there is a low tide we had to wait 5 hours to leave.

A little suggestion, if they would have a courtesy car available for the transient it would be fantastic. Otherwise our stay was really nice, staff are super nice, everything was good!!

We came into Burnt Store Marina to get out of some bad storms. We thought it would be one night but ended up 6 nights. Everyone employe and person there was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had an awesome time. Everything was festive and decorated for Christmas. We have a dog and they had pet pictures with Santa. The food at both places was great. We met a lot of really nice people.

Facilities very nice restaurant with great food and activities daily. Staff is very helpful, pleasant and professional. Great walk around the marina. The Trading Post has great breakfast bowls

Friendly staff clean and safe Marina

Bathrooms and showers where not very clean. It appeared had not been cleaned for a while. Staff in the main office seemed bothered when speaking to them. Gas dock/Pump out guys were awesome.

Everything was great.

Our boat club goes here every year for a 3 day regatta. We really enjoy the hospitality from the marina and the restaurant!

Wonderful dock staff.

Older boats BEWARE!!! If you own an older boat the marinas new electrical system can cause MAJOR problems!!! As it has caused us...If they would have just told us before we plugged into their new power system we could have ran our generator but I guess no one puts the shoe on the other foot these days...I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. I am literally sick to my stomach but am thankful for my LORD JESUS for helping us get though this expensive mess...

After two visits we find it an easy and relaxing time staying at Burnt Store and everyone is friendly and helpful.

This is an awesome stop. Loved the restaurant. Great, friendly marina staff helping us get in and docked. Great fuel prices. Only issue was, pedestal would only provide 200 V. We had to run our generator all night.

Staff was very friendly!! Fuel prices were very good. Only downside was the lack of internet. If you are traveling for R&R, this is a good spot.

Burnt Store is a very nice Marina. Pool is easily accessible and kid friendly. Friendly staff! Close to Cabbage key and Boca grande for day trips. Restaurant at Marina had great food and bingo during dinner that the kids enjoyed. We stayed 3 nights and We will be back again. Shore Power voltage slightly low around 208-211. Internet was unusable for entire stay.

Love Safe Harbor Burnt Store Marina. Has wonderful facilities, restaurant, atmosphere, and a top-notch staff. Dock Hand went above and beyond to help us in every way. Restaurant is great and very friendly. Even though we only stayed one night, it is worth it if you can get in.

Very quiet, protected slip. Music from the bar directly adjacent to transient dock is a bit much. Facilities are well maintained, but need updating. Staff is very pleasant.

It’s not easy to get to, but it’s got great slips, decent facilities and a good restaurant on site. The only negatives are the distance to any other dining/drinking options and the lights on the dock by the restaurant are BRIGHT at night it lit the boat up.

We love Safe Harbor Burnt Store Marina. Has wonderful facilities, restaurant, atmosphere, and a top notch staff. Even though we can only stay in two week periods, it is worth it if you can get in.

Well kept modern marina with very helpful staff. Fuel price is very high, but that's expected in an up-scale community.

Nice, well run operation in a snug harbor. Dog friendly. Fun bar/ restaurant and a pizza place on premises. Convenient ( but busy) fuel dock. All personnel were friendly and helpful.

We were docked right next to the marina office/restaurant/showers and cafe on F dock. Super convenient and the WiFi was excellent. There was live entertainment every night but all was quiet by 9 PM. They have pump out at some slips but not where we were. Be sure to ask before you dock. There is a very nice heated pool at the far end of the marina and the staff is happy to give you a golf cart ride to and from. The closest store was about 9 miles away ($20 one way Uber ride when we checked) and the route is not very safe for a bicycle. Instacart is available and the marina store has basic necessities. The food at the restaurant and cafe was very good and they have a generous happy hour. The staff was super helpful and responsive. We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it.

Excellent! The office staff, dock master, and dock hands are some of the nicest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet. A dock hand ran out to catch our lines when we arrived. We were doing laundry and the dockmaster stayed late to drive us back to our dock. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. All the servers had masks and the tables were spread out. There is also a great outdoor eating area and a deli. The rest room and laundry room were clean and the new front loading machines worked well. We were at the end of the dock closest to the restaraunt and we loved hearing the live music from our boat. It was not too loud and it ended at a reasonable hour. The docks are sturdy and well maintained. Even with a strong wind this is a very protected marina and we barely moved. If you can possibly stay over a Thursday night there is a great farmers market on Friday mornings. We got delicious shrimp, cheeses, and veggies. What more could a boater want.

The Marina is great have spent time there before. However this stay had some issues and could have been better. I reserved Thursday night which was Thanksgiving. I received several confirmation emails of my reservation and my stay, the last one the morning of. It said nothing about the hours of operation being different than normal and said to call CH 16 VHF upon arrival. We got in around 4:45 which was 15 minutes before closing according to the published time. Coming in I called the phone number of the dockmaster several times with no answer and then called CH16 as instructed. I got no reply. I went to the fuel dock and a man came out in a few minutes and asked if I was staying. I told him I was and that I had called channel 16 and got no reply. He barked at me that the marina closed at noon and he was nice enough to wait around for me. I explained to him that if Dockwa is going to take reservations for a Holiday and the Marina is not going by published hours it would be helpful if that was made clear. He did not like that I said that and obviously was annoyed I said it. So the main issue is, I understand if the Marina is going to have different hours for a holiday so their employees can have time off. But if that is the case and they want to use Dockwa for their booking, they need to coordinate so that the customer knows what is going on. In addition, my reservation asked for any other requests and I listed that I wanted a slip that was quiet and low light. They put me right against the dock next to the restaurant that had bright lights all night and employees and patrons making noise and glaring right down into our boat. The transient slips seemed basically empty but after the treatment when we got in I decided just to accept what we were given. Otherwise we love Burnt Store.

Great music and bar.

Very nice marina with everything you need. Great restaurant with live entertainment, a relaxing pool and very good places nearby to explore. The staff are exceptionally nice and very helpful. We will be coming back.

Great amenities and service

Very nice marina, extremely well protected. It is very easy to find as the tall buildings are very obvious on the horizon. Very nice staff, with a nice pool. Restaurant has a good variety of well prepared food. The only major drawback is the extremely short length of the finger piers in the slips. The length was so short that it would not reach the gate in my lifelines which climbing over the lifelines to get on and off (34 ft boat). The whole process was made more difficult during high tide where the step down/up was in the neighborhood of three feet.

The staff was very friendly and put me in a slip right behind the condo we stayed in and helped with storing the trailer for the week. Fuel dock guys were always helpful and they have 10 lb bagged ice right on the dockside for filling your coolers. The entrance channel is well marked and even at a very low tide still had plenty of draft for most any boat (4+) based on my depthfinder. Definitely recommend anyone in the Charlotte Harbor/Boca Grande area use them.

Perfect , everything as described, great location and private gated marina!

It was very disappointing to see this marina making no effort to implement CDC guidelines during this COVID-19 pandemic. The bar/restaurant was packed with seniors, and even hosted bingo. Fuel dock attendant should at least have a clipboard to pass the credit card and receipt to clients to maintain some distance.

Met at dock and assisted with lines, power and water. F dock was new and close for all amenities. Glad to see the additional improvements going on. Store was good but would be nice to have provisions available.

I'll be back! And that should say it all.
