PROS: floating docks, scenic location, close walk to town, friendly dockmates and staff, individual bathroom/shower rooms, reasonable rates
CONS: bathrooms need updating, although are clean but located next to bar and odd to hear partiers outside door while showering; grounds very dark at night and needs more lights (was essential to use a cell phone flashlight); our electric station was chewed up, had electricity but no light which made dock very dark at our boat.
